Childhood memories of Haitians fleeing tyranny spark the drive behind the Peppermaster’s
goal of seeing Haitian Fire Foods in every major food chain in the world. Carrefour,
Sobeys, Target Foods and other global majors who wish to show their customers that
they really care by providing the distribution and listing of Haitian Fire Foods.
Together we can catapult Haitian Fire Foods into the hearts and minds of consumers
as an engine of real hope for Haiti.
Supporting these farmers in their struggle is part of the story of how Haitian Fire
Foods offer stability and hope. Showing the Haitians’ honourable hard work using
sustainable and organic methods will save lives and win the minds of the world. Seeing
their children educated will win their hearts.
In addition to the existing Brooks Pepperfire Foods facility near Montreal the project
plans a second production facility in Haiti, near Lascahobas, that facility will
process and package Haitian Fair Trade Certified and Organic, non-genetically modified
fresh fruits and vegetables. HACCP certification of the facility will ensure the
highest of food standards.
The Montreal facilty currently processes ready to eat dinner sauces, jams, jellies,
hot sauces, salsas, chutneys, coffee, FTC organic sodas and other product categories
will be added as vertical integration occurs. Once political stability and adequate
infrastructure allows, a copy of this facility will be built in Haiti, encouraging
national food security.
